Manage the entire Fructose production, from starch slurry preparation stage until finished goods of Fructose Syrup,
Ensure the appropriate following of all process parameters
Manager the team to produce on specification product by respecting product safety for further consumption
Ensure the communication between the previous and the following shift regarding issues and all aspect related to the shift activities.
Leading team to act as front line maintenance on production process equipment and analyze together with maintenance department for any defect of equipment and proposing a further follow up action
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
4 years Experience in leading a team (Preferable from Sugar Industry)
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Good communication in English
Having experience on the implementation of ISO Management System
Willing to work in Cilegon
