Tereos FKS Indonesia has succeeded in Producing 38% of its national demand for corn starch. Every piece of our products we proudly made in Indonesia has successfully provided a substitute from imported corn starch since 2014 with sustainable supply.

Our company has provided more than 500 jobs where 99% of the employee were Indonesians. Along with a team of experts from Europe, we are committed to empower Indonesian human resource quality and train them to our latest technologies.

Our existence has continuously shifted Indonesia from corn starch importer into corn starch exporter. By the end of 2017, Indonesia has successfully achieved a record of more than 35.000 tons corn starch exports.

Corn Starch is a fine white powder with neutral odor and taste that is obtained from the endosperm of the corn kernel through corn wet milling process.

Glucose Syrup is a transparent to light yellow color syrup, a mixture of glucose, oligosaccharide, and polysaccharide that is obtained by hydrolysis of starch.

Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate powder, mixture of monosaccharide, disaccharides, and polysaccharides with a moderate sweet taste that is obtained by the partial hydrolysis of starch.

High fructose corn syrup Is a transparent to light yellow color syrup, obtained by the isomerization of glucose syrup.

We produce various co-products, such as Corn Germ, Corn Gluten Feed, Corn Gluten Meal, Corn Steep Liquor, and Corn Steep Powder.
