Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
Minimum 5 years in HR supervisory role or 3 years in HR management within a factory environment.
Assertive with effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English (spoken & written).
Holding a BNSP certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership
Develop and implement annual people plan.
Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and talent development.
Oversee performance management, succession planning, and labor supplier management.
Compensation & Benefits
Monitor market trends and recommend competitive remuneration strategies.
Review and update salary structures annually.
Establish retention programs (material & non-material).
HR Services
Ensure timely payroll, benefits, and employee records management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Industrial Relations
Manage bipartite meetings and dispute resolution.
Develop HR policies aligned with CLA, company policies, and labor law.
Collaborate with labor union on CLA review and renewal.
General Affairs
Liaise with government agencies (Disnaker, Immigration, BPJS).
Support community development programs.
Partner with Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety and culture.
