Head of Factory HR-GA

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

  • Minimum 5 years in HR supervisory role or 3 years in HR management within a factory environment.

  • Assertive with effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in English (spoken & written).

  • Holding a BNSP certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Business Partnership

    • Develop and implement annual people plan.

    • Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and talent development.

    • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and labor supplier management.

  2. Compensation & Benefits

    • Monitor market trends and recommend competitive remuneration strategies.

    • Review and update salary structures annually.

    • Establish retention programs (material & non-material).

  3. HR Services

    • Ensure timely payroll, benefits, and employee records management.

    • Drive employee engagement initiatives.

  4. Industrial Relations

    • Manage bipartite meetings and dispute resolution.

    • Develop HR policies aligned with CLA, company policies, and labor law.

    • Collaborate with labor union on CLA review and renewal.

  5. General Affairs

    • Liaise with government agencies (Disnaker, Immigration, BPJS).

    • Support community development programs.

    • Partner with Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety and culture.
