  • Evaluate sourcing processes and propose improvement strategies for management approval
  • Analyze procurement costs and develop cost efficiency and cost-saving strategies
  • Make purchasing decisions based on cost analysis, scenario analysis, and market trends
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including pricing, service terms, delivery, and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the procurement team to identify and develop new supplier opportunities
  • Conduct market research and prepare cost estimates and procurement forecasts
  • Identify risks and apply risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and category management strategies
  • Optimize procurement processes to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Perform cost analysis, scenario analysis, and benchmarking
  • Identify and engage reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Determine optimal order quantities and delivery schedules
  • Analyze shifts in supplier bargaining power and assess their impact on sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, responsive, and highly initiative driven.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work effectively and efficiently.
  • Extensive professional network and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to organizational goals.
