Electrical Instrument Engineer

Job Description

  • Promote and apply best practices in daily maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering improvements. Ensure safety, health, environment, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards are integrated into every process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve plant reliability and performance.
  • Support financial discipline by keeping both fixed and variable costs under control.
  • Develop competency of shift leaders and operators for the operation concept and best practice implementation
  • Proactively communicate with department head when potential issues that may affect internal area or cross-area

Requirements

  • Diploma’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Electrical Engineer or Electrical Supervisor.
  • Proven skills and experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • K3 ElectricalTechnician certification is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO management systems, risk assessment, and process automation.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Working base is in Cilegon
