We are looking for a leader to manage and oversee our Corn Wet Milling (CWM) production. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire process — from receiving raw corn to delivering the final product. You will guide the team to operate safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards, while also keeping a close eye on cost management.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the full Corn Wet Milling (CWM) production process to ensure smooth operations 

• Ensure process run according to set parameters and encourage best practices across the team.

• Drive the team to deliver products that meet specifications while upholding safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Monitor and control both fixed and variable costs responsibly.

• Work closely with colleagues across functions, vendors, and occasionally with customers.

• Support the team in handling front-line maintenance, analyze equipment downtime with maintenance teams, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Develop competencies team to strengthen operations and best practice implementation.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with your reporting line and other functions when potential issues that may affect internal area or cross-area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading a team.

• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, risk assessment, and process automation system.

• Good communication skills in English.
