Business Planning and Contract Analyst

We are seeking a Business Planning and Contract Analyst to support planning and contract management. The role focuses on data analysis, performance monitoring, and aligning business targets with market strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive S&OP processes (demand & supply reviews).

• Develop scenario planning for management decisions.

• Update and monitor margin sheets and contracted margins.

• Analyze landing margin sensitivity to assess risks/opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer contracts.

• Track forex and corn positions for risk visibility.

• Coordinate with commercial & finance teams on contract alignment.

• Provide regular reports on contract status and exposure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Min. 2 years’ experience in business/contract analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
