HR Services – provides HR services in compliant to the company’s HR policies and the Labour Law :

  • Manage data overtime
  • Ensuring on time and effective Payroll Management
  • Facilitate employment benefits claims
  • Ensure updated employee records through proper administration
  • Establish and implement an employee engagement program
  • BPJS
  • Develop and manage the HRIS system

Remuneration Management – regularly monitor the remuneration market trend, adjust and implement competitive remuneration strategy.


  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field required.
  • Good understanding of the HR end to end business processes
  • At least 3 years of HR Supervisory role 
  • Have an experience in developing HRIS system
  • Assertive
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Holder a BNSP certification is preferred
