• Receive, record, and validate customer order in the system taking into consideration of order confirmation & sales contract.
• Prepare required documents to related party to execute the shipments.
• Optimize the operational execution
• Produce and coordinate with related parties to collect required documents (commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, etc.,)
• Validate that all documentation is complete and compliant versus the requirements and well stored for archive.
• Manage communication and processing of information & documentation with customers.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Any Related Major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Experienced in logistic and field work of export or import is preferred.
• Fast learner & able to work in team
• Computer and English Literate
• Communicative, Responsive and has good attention to details
• Wiling to be placed in Head Office – Jakarta.
